Once you have chosen a frame from our easy-to-use website, you will need to choose your lenses.Single vision lenses are used for EITHER distance OR reading and are included in the price of your frame. Bifocal lenses should only be used if it has been advised by your optician that you require them. If you are unsure of what you need then you may contact us and our Qualified Optician will help you.

Once you have chosen your lenses you can customise them to suit your needs. All our lenses come with a free scratch resistant coating and you may want to add a tint, an anti- reflective coating, or make them thinner. There are lots of options available to you.

Now that you have chosen your frame and lenses, you will need to enter your prescription details.

When you have your eyes tested, your optician should issue you with your prescription. If you have had a NHS eyetest, this is what it will look like;

You should enter ALL of the information available on your prescription, including PD (pupillary distance) if it is stated. The information should be clear and easy to read. If you cannot read it easily, or you do not understand what the numbers mean, you may contact us and we will talk you through it. If you prefer, you may send a copy of your prescription to us by post or fax and we will check it for you.

At the end of your order, we require all of your billing information. Your card details are entered using a secure server so you can be confident your information is safe. You will be asked at the time of ordering when it is convenient for us to contact you. We prefer to verify all of the order details with you before we process the order or take any payment.

Your Delivery

In most cases your glasses will be delivered within 5 working days. More complex orders may take a little longer but we will advise you at the time of ordering your glasses an approximate delivery date. All glasses are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
